CRBridge is a blockchain-based Clinical Trial Consent and Participant Management System, leveraging Near Protocol to revolutionize patient participation. Our goal is to streamline clinical trials by offering tokenized patient consent (NFTs), privacy-preserving patient-trial matching (using Zero-Knowledge Proofs), and automated milestone-based payments directly to participants.

We plan to use Near RPC for both frontend and backend operations.

• The Next.js frontend will use RPC for direct user interactions (e.g., wallet connection, displaying on-chain NFT data, initiating consent transactions).

• Our backend services and internal AI agents (powered by Near AI) will heavily rely on RPC for interacting with smart contracts (querying state, submitting transactions for matching, payment releases, data validation) and managing on-chain audit trails.

• We primarily need regular RPC access for transactional and real-time data needs. While archival access might be beneficial for long-term analytics or deep compliance audits in the future, it's not critical for the MVP.

• We will develop and test on Testnet, with a target production deployment on Mainnet.

For our initial MVP and early adoption phase, we estimate approximately 50,000 to 250,000 RPC requests per month. This includes requests for wallet connections, NFT minting/updates, ZKP submissions for matching, payment transaction initiations, and general data queries across our Patient, Researcher, and Sponsor Portals. As adoption grows, we anticipate usage scaling significantly.

Our desired plan is for reliable, low-latency, and high-throughput RPC access suitable for a production-grade application handling sensitive healthcare data. We seek dedicated endpoints or priority access if available to ensure consistent performance.
