I host archival-nodes, for decentralized rpc-access through x.com/poktnetwork - I need access to an arhcival-snapshot, and currently the only official provider requires 5000usd for 1 month of download-access.
- Usage details and metrics
I will setup an near archival node in my infra so that I am able to serve decentralized rpc-calls through the pocket.network ecosystem (rpc providers like infura and grove is an example of providers that use fail-overs (or main) and such like pocket.network for their clients rpc needs)
- Timeline for credit utilization
the 10k usdc is only meant to give me 2 months of access to a near-archival snapshot, since NEAR-foundation isnt providing free access to a archival-snapshot, I have to pay fastnear 5000usd for 1 month of access.
- Specific credit types needed
idk what this means.
- Path to financial sustainability
there is incentives in pocket.network to service rpc-calls.
- Justification for subsidy request
the grant is not for salary to me, it is only for me to pay to fastnear to get access to your archival-snapshot.
- Analysis of current infrastructure
I currently host 16 other archival-nodes/blockchains.
- Team qualifications and track record
(I am a freelance backend C# developer since 2013, been fulltime in crypto since 2020)

- Planned infrastructure committee engagement
idk what this means. I only plan to service decentralized rpc-relays for NEAR through pocket.network.
- Projected NEAR ecosystem benefits
decentralized access to NEAR-rpc.
- Revenue projections
a coffee every day, and enough to pay for power and hardware.
- Measures to prevent credit misuse and ensure optimal usage
contact fastnear, and hear if I paid them 5k usd for 1 month of access, or 2x months of access.
