The NEAR ecosystem lacks a unified infrastructure layer for discovering grants, hackathons, bounties, fellowships, and accelerator programs. Opportunities are scattered across forums, Telegram groups, Discord servers, GitHub repositories, and social media platforms. Developers and builders often miss relevant opportunities because there is no centralized indexing, recommendation, or notification system.
