Thank you for creating this open channel to collect feedback from the community — it’s a much-needed initiative.
I would love to see more open calls and competitive processes around infrastructure development. It would also be helpful to better understand how decisions are made and how priorities are set. Initially, things seemed to be tracked via spreadsheets, then moved to GitHub — perhaps, in the spirit of decentralization, parts of this process could eventually happen on-chain.
When a project is born thanks to the Infra Committee’s support, I believe it would benefit from a clearly designated owner and a dedicated team — ideally spun out into a separate pivot. At the moment, many responsibilities seem to fall onto existing nodes like DevHub. While this can be useful during the early phases, especially when post-launch support is needed to reach sustainability, it’s not always clear whether some of these projects are expected to become self-sustaining or remain ecosystem-funded long-term.
Additionally, I would love to see more reporting — more regular updates, usage stats, and media coverage. To date, I can recall seeing only one detailed report across all the infrastructure efforts, which makes it difficult to follow progress and understand impact.
Lastly, I would appreciate further clarification on the division of responsibilities and scopes between the Infrastructure Committee and HoS. This would help the community engage more effectively with both structures and reduce confusion.
Thank you again for your work and commitment.
